Refund policy


At Aroma Avenue Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Product Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Include all original accessories, promotional items, manuals, and inserts (if applicable).

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless they were delivered defective or incorrect.

3. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You wish to return an unopened and unused product. In this case, return shipping charges may apply.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. If your return is approved, our courier will arrange collection within 2 working days.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed.

Please note: Products purchased online cannot be returned directly to our physical store.

5. Refund Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been collected and verified.

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • A AED 24 return shipping fee will apply when returning an unopened product for reasons other than our error.

  • If a replacement item is unavailable, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable AED 24 return shipping fee.

  • No shipping charges will be deducted if the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or leaking product supplied by us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. International Orders

International orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Products with broken seals.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
