- No services will be provided to OFAC or sanctioned countries

2. How the Contract Is Formed
2.1 Placing an Order
You may place an order by following the onscreen checkout process. Before confirming, you can review and correct any errors. Clicking “Place Order” confirms your request to purchase.
2.2 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This is an acknowledgment only and does not confirm acceptance of your order.
2.3 Dispatch Confirmation
A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue a Dispatch Confirmation email. This applies only to the Products listed in that confirmation.
2.4 Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without liability.
2.5 Reasons an Order May Not Be Processed
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Payment authorization failure
- Pricing or listing error
2.6 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

2.10 Cardholder Responsibility

3. Risk & Ownership
All Products become the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage after successful delivery unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
Ownership of Products transfers to the customer only after full payment and successful delivery.
4. Price & Payment
4.1 Product Pricing
All prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges.
4.2 Delivery Costs
Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
4.3 Price Changes
Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed by Dispatch Confirmation.
4.4 Payment Requirements
Full payment is required before order processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other available online payment methods.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
5.3 Refund Process
Refunds are processed within approximately 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5.4 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
5.5 Return Condition
Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Used or opened products may not be accepted.
5.6 Statutory Rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
5.7 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
